Summer Music Concert

On Wednesday 13th July, the whole school performed our summer music concert at Grassington Town Hall in a tribute to her Majesty The Queen, in the year of her 90th birthday.

We sang popular songs from every decade of the Queen's life from Arthur Askey's 'Busy Bee' song from 1926, the year of the Queen's birthday, to the recent decade when we sang 'Is this the way to Amarillo?' in the style of Peter Kay and Tony Christie for Comic Relief in 2005.

We were delighted that the Town Hall was full for both the shows and that residents from Gills Top Nursing Home could join us as well as some of our friends from Threshfield Primary School.
